The Slig Education Team consists of trainers who are dual qualified lawyers, in Italy and in common law countries (UK, Ireland). The trainers’ knowledge of both systems, civil law and common law, is actually the distinguishing factor of our courses, which are unique in the Italian scenario of training courses for lawyers.

In 2010 Serena started SLIG Education Italy (School of Law International Group) - a company based in Milan - teaching legal and professional English to lawyers, judges, notaries, accountants in Italy, Ireland (Dublin) and UK (London). Courses are focused on contract and company law, tax law, real property law, trusts, successions, alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Serena was appointed as a Lecturer in Legal English at the University of Bergamo, Law Faculty from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, she published a legal English Dictionary (EN-IT, IT-EN, more than 1.420 terms and expressions), with Filodiritto Editore.
